Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DL infosoft ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the DL Chart AI - Trading Analysis mobile application ("DL Chart AI" or the "App") on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store). DL Chart AI lets you upload or capture a price-chart image and receive an AI-generated technical analysis, and chat with an AI assistant about your analyses.
By using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is developed and published by DL infosoft, which is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. You can contact us at any time at dlinfosoft@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Chart images – screenshots you choose from your photo library, photos you take with the camera, or snapshots of the in-app live chart. You can crop and rotate the image before it is submitted. Only the image you confirm is sent for analysis.
- AI chat messages – the questions you type to the in-app assistant. To answer them, the App includes a summary of your recent analyses stored on your device (for example symbol, signal and price levels).
- Trading preferences – optional answers from onboarding and settings: risk profile, markets of interest, trading style, analysis mode and app language. These personalise the analysis.
Please do not include personal or sensitive information (such as names, account numbers or balances) in the chart images or messages you submit.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- App usage and interaction data – events such as app opens, screens viewed, analyses started, completed or failed (with duration and error type), copy/share actions, and settings changes. This includes preference-based properties (language, risk profile, markets, trading style, theme, free/Pro plan), and campaign information when you open the App from a marketing link.
- Diagnostics – crash reports and error logs (stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, and the language, trading style and risk-profile context at the time of the crash).
- Device identifiers – app-instance identifiers generated by Firebase; a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal); an anonymous purchase identifier (RevenueCat); and, on Android, the advertising ID used by Google AdMob (see Advertising).
- App integrity signals – Firebase App Check uses Google Play Integrity (Android) and Apple App Attest / DeviceCheck (iOS) to confirm that requests come from the genuine App.
- Purchase status – whether you have an active Pro subscription, its product and expiry date.
- Network state – whether your device is online, so the App can show an offline message. This is not stored.
3. Information we do not collect
- We do not require or offer account registration, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or postal address through the App.
- We do not collect precise or approximate location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, or files other than the images you pick.
- We do not collect or have access to your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- We do not connect to, or collect credentials for, your brokerage or trading accounts, and the App does not place trades.
- On iOS, the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
4. How we use information
- To provide the core features: analysing your chart images, generating trade-plan style output, and answering chat questions.
- To manage your free daily allowance and your Pro subscription.
- To show ads to users on the free plan, and to measure and limit how often they appear.
- To send notifications you allow, such as "your analysis is ready", and, where permitted, product updates and offers.
- To understand how the App is used, fix crashes and bugs, and improve features and performance.
- To protect the App and its AI service from abuse, fraud and unauthorised access.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your chart images or chat messages to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.
5. AI processing of your charts and messages
When you request an analysis or send a chat message, the App sends the chart image or message (with your trading preferences and, for chat, the summary of your recent analyses) over an encrypted connection to Google's Gemini AI models. Depending on your plan, this happens either through Firebase AI Logic or directly through the Gemini API. The result is returned to your device.
- DL infosoft does not operate its own server that stores your images or messages.
- Google processes this content as a service provider under the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and the Firebase data processing terms. These terms determine how long Google may keep submitted content, including for abuse monitoring, and whether it may be used to improve Google's products, which can depend on the service tier used.

6. Third-party services
We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed for the purposes described. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In that case this Policy would continue to apply to the information transferred.
7. Advertising
- The free plan shows ads from Google AdMob. Pro subscribers do not see ads.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: before ads load, the App shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalised ads. You can change your choice later where the App provides the option.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by device).
- iOS: the App does not ask for tracking permission, so it does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads may be non-personalised or based on contextual information.

8. Subscriptions and payments
DL Chart AI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store processes your payment and we never receive your card details. RevenueCat receives your purchase receipt to confirm your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Device permissions
- Camera (iOS permission; Android uses the system camera app): only when you choose "Take a photo" of a chart.
- Photos / media: only the image you select in the system picker is shared with the App. The App does not read the rest of your library.
- Notifications: to tell you when an analysis is ready and, if you allow, to send updates. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
- Internet and network state: to reach the AI and other services and to detect when you are offline.
You can deny or revoke any permission. The related feature will then be unavailable, but the rest of the App keeps working.
10. Storage and retention
- On your device: your latest analyses (up to 20), your chat conversation, your preferences and your daily usage count are stored locally in the App's private storage. The full image data sent for analysis is not saved; only a reference to a thumbnail is kept. You can clear your analysis history in the History screen, and uninstalling the App removes all of this data.
- With service providers: data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, according to each provider's retention settings. For example, Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash reports for up to 90 days, and Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured for the App (at most 14 months). AI-request data is retained by Google as described in section 5.
11. Security
All communication between the App and the services listed above is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Firebase App Check helps ensure that only the genuine App can use our AI service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
12. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Choose not to submit images or messages, and clear your analysis history in the App at any time.
- Turn off notifications, deny camera or photo access, and reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Update or withdraw ad-personalisation consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland) where the App provides the option.
- Cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email dlinfosoft@gmail.com. Because the App has no accounts, please include any detail that helps us find your data (for example your device type and approximate dates of use). We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
13. Deleting your data
DL Chart AI does not create user accounts. To delete your data:
- On your device: clear your history in the History screen, or uninstall the App to remove everything stored locally.
- Data held by our service providers (analytics, crash and notification identifiers): email dlinfosoft@gmail.com with the subject "DL Chart AI data deletion request". We will delete or ask our providers to delete data linked to your device within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
- Subscriptions: purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple under their own policies and can be managed in your store account.
14. Children
DL Chart AI is intended for adults interested in financial markets and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK, or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and India. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by Google and our other providers.
16. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
- Performance of a contract – to provide analyses, chat and your subscription.
- Consent – for personalised advertising and push notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests – for analytics, crash reporting, app security and abuse prevention, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation – where we must keep or disclose information by law.
17. US state privacy rights (including California)
We do not sell personal information for money. When free users see ads, AdMob may use device identifiers and ad interactions for cross-context behavioural advertising, which some US state laws treat as "sharing". You can limit this by opting out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Android) or by emailing us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We collect the categories of information described in sections 2 and 6, for the purposes in section 4.
18. Not financial advice
Analyses, signals and chat replies in DL Chart AI are generated automatically by AI for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial or trading advice, may be wrong, and do not guarantee any result. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial adviser.
19. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or services. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App or through the store listing. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
