Privacy Policy — DL AdMob Dashboard

Developer: DL Infosoft
Effective date: [12 October 2026]

AdMob Dashboard ("the app", "we", "us") lets AdMob publishers view their earnings and reports on their mobile device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is used, and how you can delete it. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we use

a) Google account information
When you sign in with Google, the app receives your name, email address and profile photo. These are used only to show who is signed in, and are stored only on your device.

b) AdMob data
With your permission, the app reads your AdMob account, apps, ad units and earnings reports directly from the Google AdMob API. It uses read-only access through these scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.report

The app never changes your AdMob account. This data is shown in the app and cached on your device so it loads quickly and works offline.

c) Data stored on your device
Your app settings (theme, currency, language, biometric lock, notifications), saved reports and cached reports are stored locally on your device only.

d) Analytics and crash data
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Remote Config to understand how the app is used and to improve it. Firebase may collect anonymous data such as device model, OS version, app version, app interactions and an app instance ID. This data does not include your AdMob earnings or your Google account details.

e) Advertising (free version)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad-interaction data to show ads and measure their performance, in line with the consent choices you make in the app. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent, and can change it at any time under Settings → Ad privacy options. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

f) Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of whether your subscription is active.

2. How we use information

We use the information above only to:

  • sign you in and show your AdMob earnings and reports,
  • remember your settings and saved reports,
  • show ads in the free version and manage subscriptions,
  • fix bugs and improve the app.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the app's features to you. The app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Where your data is stored

We do not run our own servers. Your Google account details, AdMob data, settings and reports are not stored anywhere except on your device. Your data travels only between your device and Google's services (Google Sign-In, AdMob API, Firebase, Google Play), always over encrypted HTTPS connections.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data. Data is processed only by these third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Sign-In and AdMob API: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Google AdMob (ads): https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
  • Google Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Google Play Billing: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Data retention

  • Data on your device is kept until you sign out, use "Delete my data", or uninstall the app.
  • Anonymous analytics data is kept by Google Firebase for up to 14 months.
  • Purchase records are kept by Google Play as required by law.

6. Delete your account and data

AdMob Dashboard does not create its own account. You sign in with your existing Google account. You can delete all of your data in any of these ways:

  1. In the app: go to Settings → Privacy policy → Delete my data. This revokes the app's access to your Google account and permanently removes your sign-in, cached and saved reports, and settings from your device.
  2. Without the app: uninstall the app, then remove its access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (select AdMob Dashboard → Remove access).
  3. By email: send a request to [your support email] with the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond within 30 days.

After deletion, anonymous analytics data may remain with Google Firebase for up to 14 months, and purchase records remain with Google Play as required by law. No other data is kept.

7. Security

Your data is sent only over encrypted connections and is stored in the app's private storage on your device. You can also turn on biometric lock under Settings → Security. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children's privacy

The app is meant for AdMob publishers and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Because your data is stored only on your device, you can use these rights directly through the app or by contacting us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes will also be shown in the app.
